Hudson: Two Months

This lil' man is already 2 months old, can ya believe it? We are loving every minute with him. He is growing and progressing every day and it is so fun to be able to watch him. 

-At his last doctors appointment he weighed 10lbs 2oz & measured at 23in long. 

-He also got his 2 month shots at that doctors appointment. He wasn't a fan. Neither were we. 

-He has reflux & spits up a lot more than he should. Usually its all over mom...or the bed. 

-This little boy can hold his head up...all by himself.

-He is such a happy baby. He loves to smile and laugh and does it often.

-First road trip was this past weekend (6/15-6/17 to Boise, ID) Normally its about a 5hr drive, but with Hudson it took us 6. He did a lot better than I expected him to do. 

-First swimming experience (6/15) LOVED the water...hated the after effect of the cold. He cried for a good hour and a half in our hotel room. I'm sure everyone hated us. 

-He has a "routine" at night that usually makes him sleep a good 6-7 hour stretch. 

-He's super good a focusing and will look you straight into the eyes.

Discovering the fish

Life as a mom is a busy one. As Hudson gets older it is incredible to watch him grow. I love watching him learn how to do new things and discover this big big world. His vision is developing more and more every day and he LOVES looking at the fish mobile above his swing. I caught it on video :)
